Full terms for this independent residents' registry are being prepared. The short version:

• This is a non-commercial residents' initiative. It is not affiliated with TQS Development, Qingjian Realty, Santarli Realty, Heeton Holdings, the managing agent, or any official body.
• Submit filings based on your own experience or observation. iPlus-cited filings require a redacted ticket screenshot.
• Do not submit content that names individual staff, characterises conduct or motive, is not based on your own experience, or that you know or believe to be false.
• Submissions are reviewable and may be edited or removed if they violate these terms.
• Filings reflect submitters' experiences. They are not adjudicated facts. The registry aggregates and presents them in good faith but makes no warranty of accuracy.
