These terms govern your use of the Tenet Residents' Registry, an independent residents' initiative operated by verified residents of the Tenet executive condominium at 71–91 Tampines Street 62, Singapore. We are not affiliated with the developer or managing agent.
Eligibility
The registry is available only to verified residents (owners or tenants) of Tenet, verified through membership in the resident-moderated Tenet Telegram group.
What you may submit
- iPlus-cited filings — a submission referencing an iPlus ticket you personally filed, with a redacted screenshot of the ticket.
- Concerns — matters you have personally experienced or observed at Tenet but have not yet filed via iPlus.
- Evidence photos — photos you have personally taken of the relevant issue.
What you may not submit
- Content based on hearsay or unverified information.
- Content naming or identifying any individual (resident, staff, contractor, or third party).
- Characterisations of any named party's motives or conduct.
- Content you know or believe to be false.
- Copyrighted material you do not own the rights to.
- Photos depicting identifiable people without their consent.
- Personal data of others, including names, addresses, and phone numbers.
Moderation
All submissions are subject to review. We may edit submissions to remove personal data or content that violates these terms, or remove submissions entirely. We will inform you if your submission is removed.
How we present submissions
Submissions are aggregated and time-stamped. We display them in dashboards and reports to surface patterns across the estate. We do not adjudicate disputes between residents and the developer or managing agent. Filings reflect submitters' good-faith experiences and observations.
No commercial use
The registry is a non-commercial residents' initiative. We do not charge fees, accept advertising, or solicit donations.
No professional advice
The registry is not a legal, technical, or property-management service. Information shared is for residents' awareness and advocacy only. Consult appropriate professionals for legal, structural, or other technical questions.
Liability
The registry is operated voluntarily by residents. We aggregate submissions in good faith but make no warranty as to their accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. By using the registry, you accept that you are responsible for your own submissions and for your own use of any information displayed.
Disputes
If you believe any submission violates these terms, or if you wish to dispute the inclusion of a submission, email us at privacy@tenetresidents.sg. We will respond within 30 days.
Changes to these terms
Material changes will be communicated to verified residents via the registry, and you will be asked to re-consent on next sign-in.
